おぼやオリジナルの中で代表作のおぼ丼。厳選した黒毛和牛のバラを特製ダレで焼き上げ、丼専用にガス釜で炊いた、あきたこまちのご飯をのせました。 Among our original dishes, this rice bowl has to be no.1. Akita Komachi rice is prepared with a cooker specialised for making rice bowls, and topped with carefully-selected Japanese Black cattle beef rib that’s grilled with a special sauce.
